This is a Central Coast California bourbon from Rod & Hammer's Slo Stills, bottled at a cask strength of 56% ABV. The distillery was opened officially in 2019 by Rod Cegleski and Hamlisch 'Hammer' Marshall, who had begun experimenting with brewing and distilling in 2012.
The mash bill is 55% corn, 35% rye and 10% malted barley. The bourbon was aged for two years in new, darkly charred oak casks, and it is bottled uncut and without chill-filtration.
