A straight bourbon from Rod & Hammer's Slo Stills in California, matured for two years in new American oak barrels. It is cut with purified, desalinated water from the Pacific.
The mash bill, put together in the original Garden Street copper kettle, is 85% corn, which gives a smooth sweetness to the deep amber spirit.
The nose is sweet and smoky, and the palate brings caramel, vanilla and roasted nuts.
