Romandiola Pignoletto DOC Frizzante

A frizzante wine from Romandiola, made from the native Pignoletto grape grown on the Emilian hills. It has a pale straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows white flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, and a light citrus note. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with pleasant acidity that makes it refreshing. The frizzante character accentuates freshness and dynamism. Grapes are harvested by hand, selecting only the healthiest and ripest. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes, especially fish and seafood.
