Il Patto is a rosé IGT from Cantine del Notaio, made to be enjoyed young. It shows a pale, clear pink colour, with delicate aromas of small red fruits, floral notes and a light herbaceous touch that adds freshness. On the palate it is balanced, with lively acidity and very soft tannins, supported by discreet persistence. It suits aperitifs, light fish dishes, salads and summer vegetable preparations, as well as informal moments with friends. Serve cool but not ice cold to appreciate its aromatic profile and light structure.
