El Vinculo Crianza 2020 is a red wine from La Mancha, Spain, made by Familia Fernández Rivera. It is made from 100% Tempranillo and aged for 12 months in American oak.
In the glass it shows a deep cherry red with garnet reflections. The nose offers ripe dark fruits, plums and cherries, with roast notes, vanilla and a hint of spice. On the palate it has structure, velvety tannins and balanced acidity, with fruit, wood and spice notes leading to a long, elegant finish.
It is suited to grilled meat, lamb dishes, mature cheese or spicy stews, and is best served at 16-18 °C.
