Rose di Puglia IGT Desire Luz & Zin - Pasqua

A rosé wine from Pasqua, produced mainly from Negroamaro grapes typical of Salento. Careful vinification preserves the delicate balance between acidity and aromas, while limited ageing in steel keeps the fruity notes intact alongside floral notes and a slightly spicy finish. On the palate it is vivid and harmonious, with a well-balanced taste. It works as an aperitif or with light Mediterranean dishes such as summer salads, grilled fish and seafood starters.
