This is a 14 year old single malt from Roseisle distillery in Speyside, released as Harmonic Grace in the 2025 Diageo Special Releases. It is the oldest whisky the distillery has released. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.9% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The whisky matured in a combination of refill and rejuvenated casks. It combines a fresh, green character with pastry, apple, vanilla and fine spice.
The nose is soft and green, with vanilla sponge, caramelised apple tart, puff pastry and vanilla ice cream. A little water brings out rose petals or exotic herbs. The palate is creamy and sweet, and the finish is medium and crisp, with white pepper.
