Rosewood Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Small Batch (70cl, 45%)

Rosewood Small Batch is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey at 45% in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is distilled in Kentucky and matured there for at least six years, before selected whiskeys are married in small batches. Alongside its pronounced spice it has a herbal, floral side, and the taste is dry, with pepper, cinnamon and wood. Rye spice, black pepper, baking spices and toasted grain lead the nose, with soft vanilla behind. The palate is strong and dry, with cinnamon, pepper and toasted wood, and the finish is long, spicy and dry.
