A measured, immediate red wine from Colli di Rimini DOC, made by San Patrignano. Ruby in colour, it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, light spice and a herbaceous note that brings freshness. The palate is balanced, with medium body, present but not invasive tannins and a pleasant persistence. It is suited to everyday drinking and informal occasions, pairing well with traditional dishes, white and light red meats, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, pasta, soups, mushroom dishes and grilled preparations. Serve around 16-18 C to appreciate its aromas and balance.
