San Patrignano Sauvignon IGT "Vie"

A white wine from San Patrignano, made from Sauvignon. It is intended for immediacy and balance. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour; on the nose it is fragrant with delicate green and fruity notes, with hints of citrus and white pulp. On the palate it is fresh, with a slender structure and good balance between acidity and softness, plus a pleasant minerality that supports the sip. It is suited to youthful drinking. Serve fresh, around 8-10 °C, in tulip glasses, and pair with vegetable antipasti, grilled fish, shellfish and fresh or soft cheeses.
