This is a 12 year old single malt from Royal Brackla, matured in American oak and finished in Oloroso sherry casks. The distillery stands on the Cawdor Estate and dates back to 1812.
The Oloroso brings full-bodied spice alongside the bright character of the Royal Brackla spirit. The whisky is described as smooth and inviting, with ripe peaches, black cherries, chocolate-covered almonds and muscovado sugar.
