Royal Brackla 19 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, in a 70cl bottle, from a distillery on the Cawdor Estate with over 200 years of history. After nearly two decades of maturation it was finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, which add only a light touch of sherry.
The nose shows honeyed malt and fresh vanilla, moving to toasted coconut and ripe honeydew melon. On the palate, hints of cinnamon and star anise give a gentle spice, and the finish is warming.
