This is a 21 year old Highland single malt from Royal Brackla, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was finished in a combination of oloroso, palo cortado and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The character is syrupy toffee with summer berries, cinnamon and muscovado sugar.
The nose has vanilla cream with sweet, slightly sharp berries and gooseberries. The palate is chocolate flake with a few dark spices, and the finish brings cocoa, chocolate sponge and cream with a green edge.
