Royal Cane Foursquare Barbados 2002 Single Cask (70cl, 50%)

Royal Cane Foursquare Barbados 2002 is a Barbados rum distilled in 2002 at the Foursquare Distillery from molasses in a pot still. It matured for 20 years in continental climate in an American white oak cask and is bottled at 50% vol in a 700 ml bottle. The outturn is limited to 201 bottles. It has a pale golden amber colour with deep aromas of dates, apricot, honey and lemon thyme. The palate shows fruity notes of pineapple and banana, with cinnamon, clove and ginger, while the finish brings leather and oak notes.
