Rozelieures 8 Year Old Triple Cask is a lightly peated French single malt at 42%, in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in American oak, French oak and wine casks.
The nose is rich and warm, with dark chocolate, prune and walnut cake, like a lightly spiced pastry. The palate is silky, with dried and candied fruit and a firm woody structure. The finish is long, with spicy and gently toasted notes.
