Rozelieures – Organic Collection

Rozelieures Organic Collection is a French organic single malt from the Grallet-Dupic family, who have distilled for 150 years. It is the first single malt from their distillery to be certified organic. The whisky is matured twice, first in traditional casks and then in ex-red wine casks from Burgundy. The distillery sits in the Vosges. The notes are of red fruit, together with floral and vegetal character.
