A limited Jamaican pot still rum from the Hampden Distillery, released as the first edition of the Elements series.
It is a high-ester blend aged for two years in a 400-litre Sherry cask, numbered #81, and the release is limited to 560 bottles.
The nose has pronounced ester notes, overripe banana, apple and pineapple, light Sherry cask, light acidity and glue; the palate is present but not overpowering, with fruit and ester-glue notes; the finish is long, with plenty of fruit, ester and a slight alcoholic sharpness.
