Sagamore Spirit Rye Cask Strength is a straight rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 56.1% ABV. It is a Maryland rye, aged for four to five years, and reduced only with a splash of spring water.
The colour is a soft, dark golden hay. The nose is bold with cinnamon, followed by lingering clove and vanilla. On the palate there is smooth dark chocolate with intense black pepper and brown sugar, and a light touch of honey for balance.
