Saint Cloud 7 Year WILT13 is a Kentucky straight bourbon drawn from a single barrel, aged for seven years and bottled at barrel strength, 123.9 proof (62%). It is a limited release.
Because it comes from one barrel, the character is that of that barrel alone. The bottle is topped with the winged stopper associated with Saint Cloud.
The nose offers caramel, toasted vanilla, dark maple syrup and seasoned oak. On the palate are toffee, baking spice, honeyed nuts, dark fruit and cinnamon. The finish is long and warming, with oak, caramel sweetness and spice.
