A rum agricole made from pure sugar cane juice from Martinique, bottled at 45% vol in a 70 cl bottle. It is light amber in colour, matured in selected oak casks. The nose shows candied fruit, vanilla and gentle sweet spice, leading to a soft yet incisive palate with woody accents and subtle spice. The finish is long, warm and velvety.
