This is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt from Tormore, selected as a single cask for the Saltire Rare Malt series. It comes from cask 801012, is bottled at 48.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and is non-chill-filtered and free of added colouring.
The nose is green apple, pear and white grape, with honey, vanilla, light almond and a little blossom. On the palate it is soft and creamy, with sweet malt, vanilla fudge, ripe stone fruit and a little citrus. The finish runs medium to long, with vanilla, honey and gently spiced oak.
