Salvadores Mezcal Reposado Espadin (75cl, 42%)

Salvadores Reposado is a mezcal made from Espadin agave and bottled at 42% vol in a 75cl bottle. Reposado marks a spirit that has been rested rather than bottled young, and here that rest shows in a bright amber and golden colour. The aroma is soft-bodied and woody. On the palate, caramel is the lingering note, with lighter touches of vanilla, chocolate and coconut running alongside it.
