Sarti Rosa Aperitivo Liqueur (70cl, 14%)

Sarti Rosa is a modern Italian aperitivo from Casa Sarti, founded in Bologna in 1885. It is built around Sicilian blood oranges, mango and passion fruit, giving a pink drink with floral and berry notes of rose, raspberry and rhubarb, with bitterness kept in the background. The distillery describes it as sweet and sour with a distinctive fruity flavour, full-bodied sweetness, pronounced fruity notes and a touch of sourness. A Sarti Spritz is made with three parts Prosecco, two parts Sarti Rosa, one part soda water, ice and a slice of lime.
