Sauvignon IGP Venezia Giulia from Di Gaspero is a white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. After destemming and crushing, the must with skins is cooled to 12°C for 12-16 hours before fermentation at controlled temperature for about 20 days.
It is bright straw yellow. The nose shows pepper, tomato leaf and ripe peach. On the palate it is fresh, lively and velvety, with a pleasant harmony. It suits light soups and creams, fish dishes and shellfish such as scampi, lobster and crab.
