Secret Deal 'MP' is a Tasmanian single malt, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from one of Tasmania's longer-established single malt distilleries and is the top release in that distillery's annual schedule.
The whisky is a vatting of hand-selected ex-Port and Bourbon casks.
The nose is sweet vanilla and malt with baked salted caramel and apple tarte tatin. On the palate come grilled pineapple, golden syrup, banana bread and dates. The finish is long, with oak spices and vanilla.
