Secret Speyside 2011 is an 11-year-old single malt bottled by Thompson Bros at 48.5%. Distilled on 21 November 2011 and bottled in June 2023, it matured in two refill butts. The label draws on artwork by KMG.
The nose combines milled grain, boiled barley, sweets and citrus with struck matches, meat and kombu. Barley, baked bread, grapefruit and game lead the palate, followed by raisins, ginger, lime and light salinity. Ginger, citrus peel, sultanas and Amontillado sherry feature in the finish.
