Seven Seals Peated Port Wood Finish is a peated single malt from Seven Seals Innovation in Switzerland, finished in Port wine casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The Port brings dried-fruit sweetness alongside a pronounced peat character, setting earthy smoke against raisins, honey and dark fruit.
On the nose, earthy peat comes with raisins and honey. The palate is full-bodied, with plum, dark cherry and warming spice, and the long finish keeps the peat smoke and dried-fruit sweetness.
