The Age of Pisces is a Swiss single malt from Seven Seals in Nidwalden, bottled at 49.7% in a 50cl bottle. It comes from the distillery's Zodiac line and is named for the sign of the fish.
It is released in limited batches of 365 bottles. The nose offers nuts, figs, dried raisins, vanilla and toffee. The palate is balanced, with rich sherry, chocolate, figs and nuts. The finish is long and nutty, with spice, vanilla and dark chocolate.
