Sheep Dip 5 Year Old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Sheep Dip 5 Year Old is a blended malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It combines more than a dozen Scottish single malts, each matured for at least five years in first-fill sherry casks, first-fill bourbon casks and refill oak casks. It is chill-filtered and has colouring added. The name draws on a story from farming country, in which orders for whisky were written up as sheep dip on invoices so that they attracted less notice. The nose offers sweet orchard fruit, sugared almonds and juicy melon, with coastal notes, honey and toffee. The palate is full, warming and malty, and the finish is lively and spicy.
