Sheep Dip Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (1L, 40%)

Sheep Dip is a blended malt Scotch whisky, put together from up to 16 single malts and bottled by Spencerfield Spirits Co. at 40% in a 1 litre bottle. It is matured in oak barrels, and the blend is the work of master blender Gordon Doctor. The colour is deep, with golden copper glints. The nose is delicate, with soft floral notes alongside melon, pear and orange and a touch of almonds. On the palate, pure malt flavours from all four of Scotland's distilling regions lead with Highlands and Speyside character, and a subtle hint of Islay lingers into a classic, pleasant finish.
