Shieldaig Highland Single Malt is a Scotch whisky in a one-litre bottle, named after the Highland village of Shieldaig.
It was matured only in American oak, using three types of cask: first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, refill casks and ex-sherry hogsheads. This is intended to give creamy vanilla, honeyed and citrus flavours.
