Shin Japanese Whisky Classic (50cl, 40%)

Shin Classic is a blended Japanese whisky, handcrafted by a toji and produced at the Eigashima Distillery. It is bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle and comes in a box. The blend uses two-year-old finished whiskies from ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, each of which spent a year in Japanese shochu casks made of American oak. The colour is amber gold. The nose is fruity and slightly sweet, with vanilla and citrus. The palate is fresh and spicy, with oak and chocolate, and the finish is medium, spicy, sweet and woody.
