Sho 1607 is a Japanese whisky from Kyushu, made from malt and grain whiskies.
The grain portion is made with rice rather than the corn used for many grain whiskies. This gives a smooth, light and refreshing character, with a gentle sweetness that comes through on the finish. It is sold in a 70cl bottle.
