Sibona Alo-è Liquore All'Aloe e Miele (1L, 24%)

A liqueur from Distilleria Sibona of Piedmont, made by infusing aloe and honey in fine Sibona grappa following a traditional recipe. It is gently aged in stainless steel. The liqueur is subtly sweet and aromatic, with a pale straw colour and subtle green undertones. It is best served chilled or over ice, and can be used in cocktails or with desserts. The aroma shows clean, floral notes of fresh aloe and honey with a whisper of grappa. The palate is silky smooth with gentle honey sweetness, aloe's herbal freshness and a subtle grappa backbone, finishing harmonious and refined.
