Siempre Plata Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Siempre Plata is an unaged, crystal-clear blanco tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, in a 75cl bottle at 40% alcohol by volume. It is made in small batches. The agave is baked in stone or brick ovens, crushed with a roller, fermented in the open air and distilled twice. Volcanic spring water is used, and the agave comes from both highland and lowland sources. The aromas are spice, herb, pepper, sea salt and citrus, with candied floral notes and hints of caramel and sweet fruit. It is smooth and naturally sweet.
