Sierra Norte White Corn is a single barrel whiskey from a Mexican producer that also makes the Scorpion mezcal. It is made from white corn and sold in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is young, aged for at least eight months in French oak casks.
The nose is sweet, with caramel and banana. On the palate vanilla and marzipan come together, and the finish carries a light touch of cinnamon spice.
