A Canadian whisky made from two grains, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Corn whisky is double distilled in a two-column still, while barley whisky is pot-distilled. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and blended with Newfoundland water.
It is aged in new white oak casks, first-run bourbon casks and Canadian whisky casks.
The flavour is sweet and mild, with vanilla, caramel and toffee from the new oak and dried raisins and plums from the bourbon casks.
