A 10 year old Caol Ila single malt from Signatory Vintage, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It was finished in first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts.
The nose combines sea spray and bonfire smoke with raisins, orange peel, dark chocolate and roasted almonds. The palate is rich and smoky, with sweet malt, dried figs, salted caramel and a gently medicinal note. The finish is long and warming, with maritime salinity, gentle smoke, sherry sweetness, cocoa and oak spice.
