Signatory Vintage Glenlossie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2012, released as Edition 35 at 100 proof, or 57.1% abv.
It was matured in a mix of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose shows ripe plums, dried figs and raisins with vanilla, honey, citrus, cocoa, almond and clove. On the palate come sweet dried fruit, toffee, caramel, creamy vanilla, apple, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. The finish is long and warming, with raisin and fig giving way to spiced wood, honey and almond.
