Signatory Vintage Old School Malt 31 Year Old Blended Malt (70cl, 43.5%)

Old School Malt is a blended malt from Signatory Vintage, put together in the 1990s from 104 single malt Scotch whiskies of different vintages. The youngest whiskies in it are at least 31 years old, and it is bottled at 43.5% in a 70cl bottle. The malts matured in sherry butts. Among them are single malts from closed or demolished distilleries, including Banff, Brora, Coleburn, Dallas Dhu, Glen Mhor, Killyloch, Littlemill, Lochside and Port Ellen. It is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring, and 1,148 bottles were filled in total.
