A 10 year old Glen Moray single malt bottled by Single Cask Nation at 56.4% in a 70cl bottle. Six of its ten years were spent in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask, which gives it a character not usually found in the regular Glen Moray expressions.
It is described as richly saturated, with sticky date pudding and sherry oak spice. The palate has real weight and a very long finish. A little water softens it into a mellow, fruity and custardy dram.
