The Dufftown distillery was founded in 1896, in a town often called the Whisky Capital of the World for its concentration of distilleries.
The nose offers orchard fruit, honey, vanilla and subtle oak spice. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with ripe apple, toasted almonds, caramel and gentle malt sweetness. The finish is long and warm, with lingering fruit and soft spice.
