The nose is light and classic, with Highland heather honey, soft oak, tender cereal, pastry, a touch of orange peel, floral notes, butter and light vanilla over fresh peach. The palate has a thin, soft delivery, with dusty earth, citrus, oak, faint vanilla, soft caramel and sugar, topped by a distant hint of smoke.
The finish is medium to long, soft and dry.
