A 2024 4th of July edition straight bourbon from Smoke Wagon.
It is made from high rye mash bill barrels aged on the top floors of the warehouse and never rotated, so they take the full effect of heat and expansion. The bourbon is non-chill filtered and is free from harsh tannins.
It is smooth and creamy, with delicate sweet notes and a nutty kick, and finishes with rye spice.
