Smoke Wagon – Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon Whiskey

A high-proof, unfiltered bourbon from Smoke Wagon, blended from different vintages of its high rye mash bill and bottled at 115 to 116 proof. It follows the same vintage blending approach as the brand's Small Batch, but aims at a bourbon that tastes its best neat. Older vintages supply the oak flavour, creamy mouthfeel, caramel and honey, while younger ones temper the tannins and bring in delicate fruit and caramel. It is described as rich and sweet with a thick mouthfeel, and a finish of warmth and rye spice.
