Smoke Wagon Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 46.3%)

This is Smoke Wagon Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Nevada HBC Distilling Co., bottled at 46.25% in a 70cl bottle. It first appeared in autumn 2019. The barrels share a high rye mash bill and were stored on the top two floors of the warehouse, where they were never rotated. Summer heat is greater on the upper floors, so the whiskey moves more strongly in the wood. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Delicate sweet notes lead into a spicy, nutty rye finish.
