Smoke Wagon Triple Sevens is a straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, built on a high rye mash bill.
It was released in autumn 2019 and won Double Gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The spirit ages on the top two floors of the warehouse, where temperature swings and the absence of rotation give it a rich, creamy character.
Delicate sweet notes lead into a spicy rye finish.
