Sonoma Rye Whiskey

Sonoma Rye is a California rye whiskey from Sonoma Distilling Company, and a return to a more traditional style of whiskey. It is double distilled in handmade copper pot stills, and the result is robust and full-bodied. The flavour profile runs through vanilla, allspice, white pepper, dried apricot and walnut, in a rye presented as a premium California expression.
