Spadoni China (50cl, 30%)

Spadoni China is an Italian amaro made by the historic Spadoni distillery. It is distinguished by an intense flavour of china calissaia, infused with herbs and spices in high-quality alcohol. Citrus notes and light spice contribute to a complex, pleasantly bitter taste. On the palate the bitterness is balanced by a sweet undertone, and the 30% strength suits it to serving as a digestif or over ice as a refreshing aperitif. The intense colour and velvety texture give the glass an inviting appearance.
