Speyburn Bourbon Cask is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is matured entirely in American oak ex-bourbon casks, using both first-fill and refill barrels.
It is a regular release in the Cask Finishes series.
The nose is light and aromatic, with green apple, vanilla, sweet barley and a soft citrus note. On the palate it brings caramel, ripe pear, toasted oak and a touch of gentle spice. The finish is clean, fresh and slightly creamy, with lasting vanilla and malt sweetness.
